Cancellation Policy

• We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Any changes made within this 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will not be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

• More than 3 consecutive reschedules in a row will also result in a charge of 50% of the service price.

• If we are unable to charge a card for the cancellation fee, we will require payment of the fee before you are allowed to book another service.

• We understand that traffic can be unpredictable—we’ve all been there! However, if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
• Shortening your service will be at the provider’s discretion, but your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time.
• You will be charged for the full appointment, regardless of any time lost due to late arrival.

All services rendered are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please email info@facefirststudio.com with photo documentation as soon as possible, and we will assist you promptly.
