Appointments FAQ

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website A credit card and a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we are an appointment-only studio to ensure each client receives undivided attention.

I’m new, what should I book?

Welcome! Thank you so much for choosing Face First Studio. All first time clients should book the 90 minute “First Impressions Facial” This includes a 30 minute consultation to access your skin, your skin's history, and goals, and our 60 minute Refresh facial.

Can I book multiple treatments in one session?

Yes! Some services can be combined please reference our list of “Add On’s” to see how you can upgrade your treatment. Also feel free to email or message the studio for personalized recommendations.

Where do I park?

Convenient parking is available right at our building. Monday through Friday, please park in one of the designated visitor spots or at the space marked "Face First Studio." On weekends, all spots are open for use.

Why do you need my credit card on file?

To ensure a seamless booking experience and uphold our cancellation policy, we require a valid credit card on file to secure all appointments. Your card is securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies. This helps us minimize last-minute cancellations and ensure availability for all clients. If there are any unsettled balances and an inactive credit card on file, you will not be able to book new appointments until the balance is settled and the card updated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. However, we do understand that life happens sometimes. We offer a one time courtesy without a cancellation fee. Any further cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price and No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. More than 3 reschedules in a row will also result in 50% of the service price being charged.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Traffic is the worst, trust me I know. However, If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Shortening of your appointment is at the provider's discretion and the appointment must still end at its scheduled time. You will be charged for the full appointment.

Gift Cards FAQs

Can I use a gift card to pay my deposit?

No. All deposits must be paid through Vagaro using a debit or credit card.  We will not refund a deposit and allow you to use a gift card to pay for the deposit at the time of checkout.

I lost my gift card, what can I do?

Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged for cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $250. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate applies: $10 for domestic and $40 for international. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom fees that may apply.

How soon do you ship out packages?

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • United States orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 1-4 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.
  • International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3-14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Do you take returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

My product is damaged can you replace it?

We are happy to exchange any product that arrives defective within 7 days of receipt, provided we receive prompt notice. Please email photo proof to info@facefirststudio.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
